Head Waiter / Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated assistant to the restaurant management or head cellar manager starting in September, October or December 2025:
Tasks
- Support in managing the long-standing service team (approx. 18 employees)
- Responsibility and coordination of a smooth process
- Allocation and continuous training of the entire service team
- Administrative tasks (roster planning, table plan)
- Representative appearance and contact person and host for our guests
- Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team
- Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
- Flexible, independent and self-responsible work
- Good wine knowledge
- Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
- 5.5-day week

- Fair compensation based on appropriate qualifications (€3,000 net). Salary includes bonuses and vacation pay. Overpayment possible depending on qualifications and performance.
