Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Management of the entire restaurant area including breakfast, half board and à la carte service
- Management, operational planning and training of the service team
- Ensuring smooth service and warm guest care
- Quality control and implementation of our service and hygiene standards
- Close cooperation with kitchen, reception and management
- Responsibility for ordering goods, inventory and invoicing
Qualifications
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry
- Several years of professional experienceExperience in service, ideally in a management position
- Host mentality, organizational talent and leadership skills
- Well-groomed appearance, strong communication skills and team spirit
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
