Tasks

• Independent management of the reception department during the night shift
• Check-in for late arrivals, check-out for early departures
• Concierge services
• Monitoring of all security-relevant areas and facilities
• Carrying out regular inspections throughout the hotel area
• Transmit all important information from the previous day to the morning shift according to the logbook via hotelkit
• Working with checklists and standards
• Arrival preparation and key card administration
• Credit card billing, local tax inspection
• Record and execute alarm calls
• Room service

Qualifications

• Completed training in the hotel or office sector
• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry is an advantage
• Experience in this or a similar position is essential
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Experience with Casablanca, Word, Excel, Outlook, Hotelkit, Channel Manager is an advantage
