Head Waiter
The ****Hotel Lasinga in Fiss is located directly on the slopes and stands for warm, family-like hospitality, a stylish ambience, and a high-quality holiday experience for our guests. For the upcoming 2025/26 winter season, we are seeking a motivated:
Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Winter season | No part-time shifts | 5- or 6-day week by arrangement
Tasks
- Care for our hotel guests within the framework of half board (breakfast & evening service)
- Independently manage a station in the hotel restaurant
- Friendly, attentive service – from the welcome to the last course
- Mise-en-place and follow-up of service times
- Collaboration with the service team and the kitchen
Qualifications
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
- Experience in upscale hotel service is an advantage
- Enjoyment of dealing with people and a warm demeanor
- Team spirit, reliability and independent work
- Good Germanch skills – English is an advantage
