Tasks
- Productive collaboration with the sous chef and head chef
- Employee management on your own ward
- Active participation / cooking on duty
- Serving the food
- Daily mise en place work
- Efficiency control & updating of inventory lists
- Shared responsibility for complete HACCP documentation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage rooms
- Control and compliance with SHF standards
Qualifications
TOP qualification:
- Completed culinary training
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry is an advantage
- Management experience in a similar position
- Expertise in HACCP standards and warehouse management
- High quality awareness and product knowledge
- Good DeuCzech & English skills
