Work where others vacation – at the Hotel LASINGA in Fiss!

For the upcoming 2025/26 winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time breakfast cook (m/f/d) to start our guests' day with a lovingly prepared breakfast. Our four-star hotel is located directly on the slopes and is known for its personalized service and family atmosphere.

Tasks

• Preparation and presentation of the daily breakfast buffet
• Preparation of hot and cold breakfast specialties (including egg dishes)
• Preparatory work, stock control and order support
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
• Friendly guest contact during breakfast time

Qualifications

• Experience in the kitchen – ideally in the breakfast area or in the hotel industry
• Very good written and spoken German skills (at least B2)
• Independent, clean and structured way of working
• Enjoy cooking and interacting with guestsn
• Reliability, team spirit and flexibility
• Willingness to work early hours (start of work approx. 5:30 a.m.)
