Our family-like team is still lacking committed and friendly people who want to work in the Tyrolean mountains and live hospitality.
Start the winter season 25/26 with us
You'll prepare the breakfast buffet and ensure our guests have everything they need. In the live kitchen, you'll take orders for egg dishes and prepare them fresh. You'll then prepare the mise en place for the next day. We're looking for all-rounders who enjoy a variety of tasks and contribute their creativity.
Tasks
• Breakfast preparation (mise en place)
• Independently set up and refill the breakfast buffet
• Live cooking at the egg station (omelette, fried eggs and scrambled eggs…)
• Salad buffet (filling and preparing)
• Prepare snacks (cake platters, salad, processing leftovers)
• 3 evenings a week serving soup and appetizers at the pass
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in the catering industry
• Proper handling of food
Qualifications
• Experience in the catering industry
• Basic knowledge of German (guest contact)
• Reliability and punctuality
