THE APARTMENT building is set in a PRIME LOCATION NEAR THE CABLE CAR. This small, intimate private house is centrally located in a quiet area below the cable car in Fiss, about a tree minute walk. Restaurants and sporting goods shops are just a few meters away. Roomy bright non smoking apartments for 2 to 12 people.
All apartments include a PRIVATE INFRARED SAUNA. Non-allergenic (no carpeting).

WINTER: SKI LOCKER at the cable car base station in Fiss in the overnight price INCLUDED (limited per apartment), PACKAGES which include a ski pass are available upon request (start-/finish-/enjoyment weeks It. cable car offer). SUMMER: discounted prices (S. S. C. partnership) for the Super. Sommer. Card. (not included in the overnight price), small kids for free , washing area and racks for bikes.
Payment Conditions
GUARANTEED APARTMENT RESERVATION: reservation will be guaranteed after confirmation of your reservation on our part and receipt of the down payment (local tax and persons on top are not included)
FINAL PAYMENT: on location with cash or bank transfer (possible in advance), credit card and EC card payment is not accepted
CANCELLATIONS: only possible in writing for travelers and hosts without giving reasons
CANCELLATION GUIDELINES: see on our website www.sunny-fiss.com under apartments/booking information. After the free cancellation period (up to 12 weeks before departure), the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply! (AGBH - deviations can be found in §4 end of accommodation and §5 cancellation fee). We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. For cancellations outside the cancellation period, a processing fee of Euro 50,00 per booked apartment will be chargecd.
NON-ALLERGENIC: allergy-proof bedding available, please register in advance. DOGS: ONLY upon request, an additional fee per night will apply, cleaning fee as needed, no liability for property damage. INCLUDED: bed, kitchen and bath towels, infrared sauna, parkingspace, internet (wifi). KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob (some with oven, not all apartments), refrigerator with small freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, and Nespresso capsule machine. BATHROOM EQUIPMENT: hairdryer, vanity mirror

SUMMER incl.: Super. Summer. Card. for small kids
The booking price for summer bookings is exclusive of S.S.C. (except for infants).

This contribution is to be paid directly on site for the duration of the stay.
