Spend your most beautiful time of the year with us at Mounira. Our house is located in a sunny and quiet area. Built in the beautifully stunning Ladis. We are happy to rent a cozy, high-quality furnished holiday apartment with 65m², featuring 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with living space, and a sleep couch. The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct access to its own garden and balcony. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Equipment for children is provided free of charge, and there is of course a bread delivery service as well.

The booking price is exclusive of the Super Summer Card (in summer) and ski depot (in winter).

Super. Summer. Card. Children. (from 7 years): € 5.00 per night
Our ski depot directly at the valley station in Ladis has space for 2 complete ski equipment sets and costs €5, - per locker per day.
This fee must be paid directly on-site for the duration of your stay.
Our Cancellation Conditions:
- Cancellations are only recognized in writing - please inform us in good time! The cancellation conditions are subject to Austrian hotel contract conditions:
- for cancellations up to 12 weeks before the start of the holiday, you will receive your deposit back minus a processing fee of € 20.00 per booking.
- for cancellations at least one month before the agreed arrival date, we retain the deposit paid.
- for cancellations later than 14 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge the full price for the booked service.
- no discounts will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.
- We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
- Please note that $30,- charges will apply for transfers from Switzerland.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Please specify a SEPA-EU payment to avoid incurring any or lower costs!
