Haus Waltermann offers modern and family-friendly holiday apartments in a sunny location directly in Serfaus.
Holiday apartment 1: 1-6 persons (55sqm) in 2 double rooms with shower/WC, guest WC, living kitchen, and balcony. This apartment can be expanded to accommodate 6 persons (73sqm) by adding an additional apartment with a pull-out couch, kitchenette, private shower/WC, and balcony.
Holiday apartment 2: 1-4 persons (40sqm) with 1 double room, sofa bed in the living area, 2 shower bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, and balcony.
Holiday apartment 3 (new): 2-4/6 (2 children) persons in the top floor. There are 2 double rooms (1 of which has 2 additional beds for children above the double bed) with shower/WC, a large living area with kitchen, balcony, and generous sun terrace.
Our holiday home is located in a beautiful, quiet, and sunny area not far from the village station Kirche, the town center, various restaurants, and shopping facilities. The apartments offer a south-facing balcony, parking spaces, dishwasher, microwave, and flat-screen TV with cable connection in every room.
Payment Conditions
Final cleaning:
Apartment 1 (4 persons), Apartment 2: € 120.-
Apartment 1 (6 persons), Apartment 3: € 150.-
including: heating, water, bed linen, towels. Free internet access in each holiday apartment.
