Payment Conditions
Included in the price: WLAN, electricity, water, heating, as well as bed linen, towels, bath towels, and dish towels. This way, you can enjoy your stay at Haus Sebastian completely relaxed.
Additional costs (to be paid in cash on site):
- Final cleaning (one-time fee)
- The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 3.70 per person per night. ALL adult guests are subject to local tax (no reductions or exemptions for disabilities). All children are exempt from local tax until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 years old.
- For bookings in the year 2026: local tax is applicable for guests born in 2010 and later
The local tax obligation is based on the arrival date, not the booking date!
- The guest is liable for incorrect information regarding the number of persons or their birth dates
The Super Summer Card 2026:
