Our house is located in a calm, sunny place close to the "Föhrenwald" (Wood). Only 5-7 min. walk to the next Underground Station CHURCH or PAKRING AREA. Two of our Appartements were renovated. Modern but still rustical and comfy. NEW!!Sauna, steambath, infrared seats and KNEIPP, gym / playroom for Kids, WIFI and breadservice are included. Our guests also make profit from the close MURMLI PARK in winter and in summer the outdoor Swimming area from Serfaus with Tennis court, playground and the climbing field XTREES. You can already start your hinking infront of our house - there is also a new modern public playground for Kids.Parking for free.We are looking forward to welcome you in our HOUSE RÄTIA!

Including Wellness-area,climbing wall and table-top Football.Towels,bedlinen,dishcloth,washing-up-liquid,radio,cabel-TV, parking area,Skiroom with heating for skiboots,WIFI,Breadservice.Information and Sparkling water from Obladis in the house.
