Information
Our family-friendly house is located in a prime location next to the ski slope on a quiet, sunny southern slope just above the Serfaus cable car.
We offer cozy, comfortably furnished apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms, separate from the living room, each with its own bathroom or shower and separate toilet, modern kitchens with all comfort, as well as a south-facing balcony or terrace.
Children's equipment is free! Bread roll service, laundry service, Internet via Wi-Fi! Private parking (partially carport) next to the house!
In addition to a lovely flower garden, our house also features a sunbathing lawn, children's playground, sandbox, wading pool, and a table tennis table!
For children's discounts, we would be happy to make you a personal offer!
Payment Conditions
The price includes internet, parking, heating, hot water, electricity, bed linen, towels, table linen, but excludes meals and consumables. (Soap, dish soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, coffee filters, garbage bags, dish towels, sponges, cleaning agents, etc.) Additionally, a one-time final cleaning fee and local tax (€ 3.70 per adult per day) will be charged.
The booking price is exclusive of the Super. Summer. Card. (Only in summer)
Super. Summer. Card. Adults: € 6.00 per night
Super. Summer. Card. Children: € 3.00 per night
These fees are to be paid directly on site for the duration of the stay.

Contact & Directions
Our apartments are usually ready for occupancy on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. However, under certain circumstances and by arrangement, it is also possible to check in earlier. Of course, a later check-in at night is also possible. If you are so kind as to inform us of your arrival time and the number of parking spaces needed before your departure, we can make your arrival more pleasant!
