The ARCHE is a high-end deluxe holiday residence in the centre of Serfaus, Dorfbahnstraße 58, and sleeps up to 12 guests. *Holiday residence only (up to 8 guests): 4 double bedrooms en-suite, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area; spacious living room w. open fireplace, lush furniture, 42-inch-flat screen TV, DVD&CD-Player; MP3-port; Bose sound system, library, upscale spa area; *Apartment only (up to 4 guests): combined kitchen/living room, fully equipped; TV (flat screen), Hi-Fi, DVD, 2 bedrooms, shower/WC, 48m2, separate entrance, NO ACCESS TO SPA AREA; *Holiday residence in combination with apartment (up to 12 guests): residence and apartment linked by a connecting door. Check-in: 17:00 Check-out: 10.00
Payment Conditions
Prices include heating, electricity, water, firewood, garage, bed sheets and towels;
exclusive: charges for phone calls, local tax, final cleaning (€ 260,00 for the appartment, € 720,00 for the appartment for 8 persons, € 840,00 for the entire house)
Arrivals on Saturdays only;
Minimum stay: 7 days (peak season)
No pets
Any booking is liable to Austrian law, Innsbruck court of jurisdiction and the "Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions" with the deviations published on www.diearche.at.

This contribution is to be paid directly on site for the duration of the stay.

On passing the entrance gate of Serfaus keep going straight ahead on Dorfbahnstraße all through the village for about 1 km. After going past the church and Hotel Post (both on the left) you will find the ARCHE at number 58 on the right opposite Serfauser Hof.
