In a majestic location on a hill at the eastern edge of Fiss, with a great panoramic view of the mountains, is your holiday home with 8 flats for 2 - 6 persons, each with a south-facing balcony. Our cosy holiday nests are the ideal place to relax after a busy day outdoors, with friends or with the whole family, for a few days or for a longer period. You can park your car in front of our NIDO and reach the city center within 5 minutes on foot.
You can reach the ski lifts within a 10-minute walk and enjoy the mountain and its breathtaking scenery. Starting directly from our NIDO, you can live the nature through hikes, bike tours and new adventures for the young and old one.

Contact & Directions
When you enter in Fiss, take the first exit (A) and follow the Via Claudia Augusta till Dorfplatz. At the Speck store, turn right onto Untergasse road. Continue, pass the Tourismusverband (you will see flags outside) and at the junktion take the road on the left going uphill. Drive slowly and carefully at this point! Continue on Latschthayaweg keeping to the right. Just after the Hotel Montana turn into the small road on the right. We are the first house on the right.
