We’ve put together all the key information about parking options clearly for you. This way you can start your holiday day completely relaxed!

in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
Fiss:
- All car parks at the valley stations (P1 – P3)
- Ferschnes car park (below Fissmed)
Ladis:
- All car parks at the valley stations (P1 – P4)
Waldbahn:
- All car parks directly at the Waldbahn valley station.
Serfaus:
- Day car park
Chargeable: 07:00 – 17:00 (€ 6.00 per day)
120 min short-term parking zone (free parking during this time)
Free parking: 17:00 – 04:00
No night parking: 04:00 – 07:00
Free parking during evening events:
From 17:00 until 04:00 no parking charges apply
When entering and leaving, the vehicle’s number plate is automatically scanned by cameras. This way, the system can determine how long the parking process lasted.
If you leave the premises within two hours (120 min), the system automatically recognises this and there is no need to go to a parking machine.
To pay for the parking ticket (via QR code or at the machine), the number plate must be entered at the machine. A traditional paper ticket is no longer issued.
QR code to pay for the parking ticket:
An image of the vehicle’s number plate as well as a text file with time and date stamp to determine the parking duration are recorded. There is explicitly no video recording. Reading the number plate is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
The angle of the scanner or camera is set in such a way that only the car’s number plate is captured. If the parking ticket is paid correctly, the entry and exit data are automatically deleted.
Payment of the parking fee (€ 6.00) can be made either directly at the parking machine (by entering the number plate) or by scanning a QR code.
The QR codes can be found throughout the car park on specially installed boards.

In the event of a parking violation (leaving the premises without payment), follow-up action will be taken, which is subject to a fine of € 78.00. The follow-up is carried out exclusively by the provider Mobility Hub Parkservice Austria GmbH https://at.mh-parkservice.de/.

Overnight parking in Serfaus
Please contact the local police upon your arrival. They are on duty daily from 7am to 6pm.
If the local police office is not staffed because they are on patrol in the village, you can reach them by phone at +43/676/84 62 36 460.
You can park your car overnight in a designated area at the village entrance. The fee is €12.00 per night.
After payment of the fee, the local police will assign you a parking space.
